**Processing Coordinator - Financial Services**

Reporting to the Team Lead, our at-home Insurance Processors key responsibility is to provide administrative support to our Financial Services team by processing sales team revenue and ensuring accuracy.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Process and manage revenue though invoicing, pulling commission statements from carrier portals and attaching physical statements
- Attaching carrier notices, yearly financial statements & confirmations form carrier portals and creating activities for Financial Services Account Executives
- Liaise with the accounting department, MGA, and carriers
- Adhering to service level agreements and mid-month/end of month deadlines
- Follow up on activities as assigned

**The value you bring**
- 2+ years of administrative experience required
- Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is an asset
- Working experience with EPIC is an asset
- Proficient computer skills, specifically in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Hours: Full-time 37.5 Hours / week
- Monday - Friday schedule with core hours selected between 6am-6pm MST
- Saturday-Sunday schedule (dependent on the needs of the business)

Location: Remote
- Company computer, monitors, keyboard, and mouse are all provided
- Hard Wired - High Speed Internet in a dedicated workspace is essential
