**Role Overview**: As a Customer Service and Order Processing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and supporting various administrative tasks. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and timely delivery of medical devices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process and track customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Maintain customer records and order history in our CRM system.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns, aiming for complete satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and maintaining organized records.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service, order processing, or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:
