**General Manager**

**Experience in Restoration or Hazardous Materials Remediation is preferred**

**Compensation**:$90,000-110,000+/year

**Location**:Red Deer, Alberta

Our organization is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team. This person will be report directly to the CEO.

**Duties**:
Human Resources
- Perform vetting of new hires
- Completion of warning reports, and warning reports
- Perform Layoffs and terminations as required
- Completion of Quarterly staffing performance reviews
- Assist in regular reviews of HR procedures

Financial
- Assist in the creation of annual budgets
- Implementation of annual budgets
- Weekly review of annual and project specific budgets
- Review of Project Management estimates prior to client distribution
- Assist in client follow up to obtain sale on project(s)
- Sign off on consumable and equipment orders

Safety
- Ensure all COR safety program requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Take part in regular safety audits, meetings, and reviews
- Assist in communication with OH&S as required

Project Management
- Perform regular reviews of on-going and past projects to ensure KPI are obtained
- Take calls from clients on project related concerns
- Review of Project Management estimates prior to client distribution
- Field questions and concerns from Project Management team

Business Development
- Actively pursue growth opportunities with new and existing clients
- Assist Project Management teams in lead follow ups to secure jobs

Cultural
- Emanate corporate culture
- Promote education first approach within teams
- Provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement to teams

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Senior Operational role
- Preference given to those with Restoration and/or Hazardous Materials Remediation experience
- Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Team Development
- Business and Finance Experience

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
