**What will you work on?**

Helps analyze, manage, and design leading-edge global compensation and rewards programs in Canada, the US, Europe and/or Asia that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Support a wide range of Total Rewards and Compensation processes, with a focus on compensation consulting, trends reporting, analysis and rewards program management. Key areas of responsibility may include management of annual incentive, long-term incentive, and base salary programs, compensation benchmarking and analysis for assigned client groups, and rewards design.

**How will you create impact?**
- Play an integral role in supporting the global compensation programs; annual merit increases, annual incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans.
- Act as a key contributor to the development and/or maintenance of Global Pay Structures in each region.
- Analyze and help to design incentive plan programs for assigned client groups across the globe to align employee interests with stakeholder interests.
- Act as a project manager for small to medium-size compensation-related projects.
- Partner with the global HR team in the development, implementation, operation and governance of compensation policies and programs.
- Assist in managing the annual compensation review cycle by preparing trend reports, consolidating data, and/or preparing materials for the Board.
- Participate in and analyze compensation market surveys and conduct market reviews to assess market competitiveness.
- Assist with conducting pay analysis to ensure the compensation programs are internally equitable.
- Use HRIS and Compensation Administration systems (e.g., Workday) to run queries, research issues, and present findings that help guide human capital planning.
- Manage and help design the long-term incentive plan grants to help drive value creation.
- Provide support in analyzing and managing any other global rewards project or program, such as perquisites, employee share purchase plan, and allowances.
- Assist in conducting compensation plan analysis and integration during MAs.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in support and management of compensation analytics.
- Experience compiling complex data and creating accurate reports and proposals in excel.
- Experience with Workday and/or other HRIS systems is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
