**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Act as a conduit for new work to be assessed, vetted and prepared for development
- Document and articulate work so that the development team understands high level scope, high level requirements, key performance indicators, measures of success and initial understanding of the basic mínimal viable product
- Offer a “digital” first approach to understand and maximize the digital experience.
- Continuous improvement of the digital experience, through ongoing measurement, evaluation and recommendations of the existing digital tools and capabilities
- Liaison with delivery teams and business sponsors and stakeholders to define the future landscape and strategy of assigned programs.
- Build relationships with internal business partners and business sponsors to understand business value, objectives and strategic vision.
- Help develop and align the digital program roadmap and set expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Manulife Bank and Banking industry, continuously assess the industry landscape for digital opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the organization’s ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Drive digital product priorities
- Ensure Product scope delivers on business value
- Deliver Product Reports providing analysis and recommendations regularly

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Experience in the Wealth and Insurance Advisor ecosystem would be an asset
- 2+ Years of experience in digital product and program management or delivery.
- Experience working in an agile project delivery organization.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with UX teams to drive technical requirements from visual experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders to gain product vision alignment and consensus on roadmap
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing timelines
- Self-starter that can adapt with different technologies
- Innovative thinker with broad industry knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytic skills
