**As a Junior CSR you will**:

- Provide first-class customer service
- Complete 99.9% order entry accuracy for 30-60+ orders per day
- Obtain extensive knowledge of each customers’ individual needs
- Ensure customers’ needs are being met for shipment requirements
- Manage steady phone calls throughout the day
- Assist Manager in providing rate quotes to customers
- Communicate effectively with load planners and dispatch
- Booking appointments with shippers and consignees
- Work closely with the Manger of special projects
- Work with third party logistics department on brokered loads along with brokering loads to carriers
- Maintain and build carrier relations with existing carriers and new carriers
- Trace shipments in advance to eliminate service failures
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Transportation industry experience (3 years minimum)
- Knowledge of 3pl (3rd party brokerage)
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel; along with ability to learn in-house computer programs
- High attention to detail
