As an Insurance Representative, you are expected service and sell property and casualty coverage to individual clients.

You analyze client needs and use your persuasive skills to help them choose the right coverage.

You ensure client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Serve clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products and help members and clients choose coverage
- Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
- Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed
- Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention

**Base salary of $65,000 with a Monthly Sales Bonus and an Annual Bonus**
- You must be a forward thinking individual who is willing to provide exceptional customer service.
- An OTL ( Other than life ) license is a requirement to start.
- Health and Dental Benefits are included.
