Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, multi-talented person to join our team. This is a unique position where creativity, marketing, organization and administration blend into a role that will be very dynamic and vast.

THIS IS NOT A INTERIOR DESIGNER/ DECORATING POSITION AND WILL NOT BECOME ONE.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties such as procurement, answering phone, managing deliveries and pick-ups to and from the office.
- Being the face of the office with drop -ins and client walk -ins
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in social media and marketing tasks ( getting footage of site and in office, preparing pitch packages for magazines and online platforms, creating posts for social media)
- Assist with construction tasks such as deliveries to site, meeting site cleaners or other sub-trades on site to provide access and support.
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers. Arranging company events and lunch and learns.
- Client experience manager ( client gifts, client check-points through-out design and construction, client packages)
- Managing general office tasks and assistant to Owners
- assist with buying and returning products
- seek out marketing opportunities and collaborations
- assist with finding products and management of products ( inspect, inventory, deal with returns )

Qualifications:

- experience with Social media platforms and canva
- Strong aesthetic that matches our brand. Good eye for presentation and style in all tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Car required
- Ability to provide support to design and construction teams
- Ability to do creative writing for marketing tasks.
