Position Overview:
We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Interior Design Coordinator to join our team. This role represents a unique blend of responsibilities, encompassing vendor relationship management, ordering, scheduling, and follow-up assistance to our design leads. In addition, you'll play a crucial role in providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day assistant duties for our company owners.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Vendor Relationship Management:

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with design leads to source and select vendors that align with project requirements and quality standards.

2. Ordering and Scheduling:

- Facilitate the ordering process for materials, furnishings, and equipment, coordinating with vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage project schedules and timelines, coordinating deliveries and installations to meet project milestones.

3. Follow-Up Assistance:

- Provide diligent follow-up on orders, deliveries, and installations, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and according to plan.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the procurement and installation process, working closely with vendors to resolve them promptly.

4. Administrative Support:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for design leads and company owners, managing calendars and scheduling arrangements as needed.

5. Day-to-Day Assistant Duties:

- Provide comprehensive support to the company owners, assisting with various tasks and projects as required.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in interior design coordination or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and team members.
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: $39,908.28-$57,356.34 per year
