As an FP&A Manager, you will report into the Director, Finance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to drive the development and implementation of processes in a dynamic environment in order to deliver top and bottom line growth. This position will work closely with operation team in managing financial results, strategy, and portfolio optimization. This role will need to possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with stakeholder management skills.

If you were to come on board as our **Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis**, we would ask you to do the following for us:

- Manage communication and develop presentations for our key stakeholders (Sector President, COO, CFO, and VP, Finance of Compass Group Canada)
- Parachute into key accounts to drive growth and provide financial support including client relationship management (when required)
- Liaise with operators to drive strategy and growth in our portfolio of businesses and clients
- Accurately forecast financial results
- Identify, quantify and realize opportunities within the business to drive growth
- Participate in existing business retention processes
- Lead the financial / strategic reviews
- Monitor KPI matrices to identify labour and supplies utilization opportunities
- Deliver accurate short and long term financial forecasts
- Act as financial lead for annual budget process
- Provide analysis during month-end close process
- Monitor receivables and inventory levels
- Identify and action risks and opportunities within the business
- Develop monthly financial presentations
- Liaise with Finance teams on key business trends, analysis and accounting issues
- Lead a team of 5 financial/business analyst

- Degree in finance, accounting or business related field
- MBA and / or CPA designation from a top institution preferred
- 3+ years in strategy consulting or traditional FP&A Role
- Ability to articulate financials in a clear and concise manner
- Able to leverage quantitative data to influence decision makers
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to motivate and drive results
- Change agent
- Ability to partner with cross-functional Sales, Finance, People and Culture and Operations teams
- High attention to detail with ability to produce reports and results which are validated and accurate
- Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
