**SUMMARY OF ROLE**:
We are currently seeking a **Client Advisor Associate (Financial)** to join our team in Mississauga and support the operations of the _Ferguson Financial Planning_ team at Assante Capital Management. The **Client Advisor Associate (Financial)** will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Must be registered with IIROC as a Registered Representative.**:

- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the mutual fund and/or financial services industry.
- Post-secondary education required.
- Familiarity with mutual funds and other investment products.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure while paying attention to detail.
- Must interact well in a team environment and display professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with DocuSign and Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience creating Financial Plans.
- Strong analytical, administrative, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to client inquiries and document significant items in Salesforce.
- Monitor reorganization notices and stock prices on TSX daily.
- Check daily order entries.
- Gather client financial data and prepare financial plans/analysis.
- Act as liaison between client and tax firm for tax preparation.
- Support Financial Advisors by meeting with clients, executing investment instructions and/or account changes.
- Coordinate client surveys and compliance audits.
- Provide various Salesforce reports.
- Remain current with IIROC, and other regulatory standards, as well as Assante compliance procedures.
- Responsible for implementing new system enhancements and upgrades.
- Organizing and marketing client events.
- Managing special projects, as required, on issues impacting clients.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
