**I. **JOB TITLE**: Payroll Clerk / Admin
Reports to: Manager & Supervisor

**II. **JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY**:
Payroll clerk / admin will provide administrative and payroll support for the operation members, provides reports and correspondence by utilizing various software programs including Truck mate, Trip Envelope, and driver’s payroll

**SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB**:

- Accurately record inbound and outbound shipments Daily.
- Prepare and submit accurate and on time Daily / weekly payroll reports.
- Prepare and report on tractor status per fleet.
- Maintains direct contact with members of the organization to coordinate and increase the efficiency of the driver, truck, and trailer assignments.
- Support driver managers and operations team
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- TMW software knowledge will be considered an asset
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor
- Adaptability and flexibility to prioritize tasks
- Filing and scanning
- Ability to identify mistakes and correct them

III. **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Knowledge of Logistics / Transportation will be considered an asset
- Must have dependable transportation
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to troubleshooting
- Ability to work within group environment as well as individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
- Logistics / Transportation: 1 year (preferred)
