**WALMART ACCOUNT COORDINATOR**

The Walmart Account Coordinator will work within our Logistics/Operations and Sales teams to manage Walmart and potentially other key accounts and be a central point of contact for customers. This person will work with sales, planning, logistics and the inventory management team as well as customers to action customer expectations. They will be responsible for being a liaison with customers, manufacturers, 3PL, and internal teams for the accounts they manage. This person will help to track and calendar the flow of merchandise for customers and work to update internal teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Calendar and help create strategy to action plans for designated customer accounts
- Act as main point of contact for sales team and clients to gather customer/vendor requirements, customer set-up and customer orders
- Work within retailer system (Retail Link for Walmart or potential other systems as needed) to include factory audits, supplier info pricing details, item setups, and any other data required.
- Communicate with 3PL as it relates to Walmart order processing
- Work within retailer system (Retail Link) to manage orders, general maintenance and transportation changes for orders as needed
- Manage RFID label forecast with supplier
- Coordinate with sales and logistics to forecast and execute retail direct import orders
- Assist finance with research of compliance and chargebacks
- Maintain incident log and related activities and reports to support compliance chargeback research with Accounts Receivable
- Develop and maintain document retention, organization and storage system with 3PL for compliance research
- Maintain data integrity within Made By Gather systems for all item specifications including factory pricing.
- Compile data and reports for customers and senior management on a consistent basis as requested
- Work with multiple departments to proactively manage Walmart requirements
- Follow up with assigned accounts on order status and reporting
- General retail customer service to investigate and respond to all retailer inquiries
- Monitor and review logistics and shipping KPIs to ensure optimized and streamlined performance with 3PL

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-3 years experience in retail Account management / customer service in a consumer driven business
- Retail Link (Walmart) experience; other customer portal knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (particularly with Excel), inventory management systems and sales systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record multi-tasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active self-starter, disciplined, solution-oriented with a strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or secondary degree a plus
- Bilingual (Proficient in French & English) is a plus
