**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth in Alberta.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance professionals, property managers, commercial and residential property owners, and industry partners.
- Represent ARS at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of ARS’s restoration services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Track and report business development activities, progress, and key performance metrics.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the property restoration, insurance, or disaster management industry.
- Strong network and established relationships within the insurance and property management sectors are an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Alberta as needed.
