**Ensures all Hawk Plastics tools are maintained and perform minor repairs**

Communicates and coordinates with Production Manager in efforts to avoid interrupting production.

Perform preventative maintenance per procedures

Replace, repair hoses, fittings, etc. when tool changes are not scheduled

Works with Process Engineering Manager to complete miscellaneous tasks

Performs all other duties as assigned daily

Refers to quick response, IQMS to view/update MRO's

Actively participate in the IATF quality system.

Position requires working in a fast paced environment

Must have the ability and willing to work overtime as required

Must able to stand for extended periods of time

Lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis

Must be able to climb stairs and ladders without restrictions

Must be able to work on-call

Must have basic computer skills

Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures

Must be medically fit to operate a lift truck as per the CSA standard for truck operation

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Over Head Crane: 1 year (preferred)
- Plastic Injection Molding: 2 years (required)
- Tool Technician: 2 years (required)
- Forklift: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
