**Summary**

As the Head Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality culinary experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional food preparation, cooking, and service standards. With your extensive kitchen experience and strong team management skills, you will cultivate a positive work environment while maintaining efficient restaurant management practices. Your expertise in the food industry will drive menu innovation and uphold food safety regulations, making you an essential asset in our commitment to hospitality excellence. **Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Develop and refine menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
