**What You'll Do**:

- Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally in stressful situations
- Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify subscribers
- Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer
- Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

**What We're Looking for?**:

- Must have a completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience providing excellent customer service preferred
- Ability to stay calm in a very fast past environment with high pressure situations
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal record check

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Traiter les signaux d’alarme rapidement, avec précision et professionnellement dans des situations stressantes
- Dépêchez les autorités appropriées, vérifiez que l’aide est en route et informez les abonnés
- Documenter avec précision toutes les réponses pour l’alarme sur l’ordinateur
- Apprenez et utilisez de nouveaux logiciels pour effectuer plusieurs tâches

**Ce que nous recherchons?**:

- Doit avoir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
