**Job Description**:
As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

- Issuing purchase orders through Epicor Kinetic and maintaining inventory levels.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Receiving shipments and verifying that the items received match the purchase order.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure that all materials are available when needed.
- Troubleshooting any issues related to shipping, receiving, or inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in buying and/or shipping/receiving.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid Forklift operators license
