*Duties*
- Assist in office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Support financial record-keeping
- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents for accuracy
- Support the team with various tasks to enhance operational effectiveness
- Administer Benefits plan for employees
- Coordinate Board Meetings and complete meeting minutes
- Coordinate Volunteers and related activities

*Requirements*
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone systems is beneficial

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
