Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in material handling and warehouse operations? We are looking for a **Warehouse Picker/Receiver and Customer Support** to join our **Moncton** branch. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. **This is a 2 month contract position, ending Dec 1, 2025.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including printing bills of lading (BOLs).
- **Receiving and Stocking**: Receive incoming inventory, unpack, count, and stock items using RF handheld devices and barcoding systems.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock levels through restocking, cycle counting, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- **Customer Interaction**: Answer phones, assist walk-in customers with their product needs, and process customer orders.
- **Operational Management**: Support day-to-day warehouse operations with mínimal supervision, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- **Health and Safety**: Follow safety protocols, use PPE correctly, report hazards or incidents, and help maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of warehouse experience with material handling.
- Experience working with RF handheld devices and barcoding systems is required.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Forklift and lift truck certifications are considered an asset.
- Customer service experience is considered an asset.
