We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team and take charge of our bar operations.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the pub’s standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and negotiate prices to optimize costs.
- Monitor bar performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and financial goals, while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in creating and implementing new drink menus and promotions.
- Maintain knowledge of current bar trends and continuously enhance the bar’s offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of bar management, drink recipes, and beverage handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
- A passion for Irish culture and the hospitality industry is a plus.
