Gregg Distributors LP is an established and growing industrial supplies company that has been serving Western Canadians for over 57 years.

We are looking for a mature and self-motivated individual to join our **Purchasing & Clerical** team based in West Edmonton. This is a fast paced role that involves working as a team in a variety of areas such as pricing, file maintenance and other purchasing and administrative duties. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Verify stock availability from current inventories
- Obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers
- Prepare and review requisition orders for accuracy
- Process purchase orders
- Resolve discrepancies in delivery or invoice pricing with suppliers
- Perform various administrative duties

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while adhering to firm deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player
- Strong verbal and written communication

Previous purchasing experience is not required but is considered a definite asset.
