About SNDL

SNDL's investment portfolio seeks to deploy strategic capital through direct and indirect investments and partnerships throughout the global cannabis industry.

About the Role

Role and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Perform reconciliation of purchase orders and return orders after the orders have been submitted to the vendor by Store or Area Manager.
- Perform Invoicing of purchase orders and return orders after the PO has been received in the system by Store or Area Manager to ensure 3-way matching.
- Investigate variances with invoices and purchase orders received at store level and prepare financial adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support to Supply Chain Analyst by preparing supporting working papers for inventory and inventory in transit accounts, as well as maintaining day-to-day administrative and clerical work.
- Provide support to Product Management team in maintaining data sources and accuracy.

Experience and Qualifications
- An advanced academic high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant administrative or purchasing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and effecting working relationships with other business units.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 an asset.
- Previous retail experience an asset.
