**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients in the capacity of Lead Coordinator to provide guidance and support during the final stages of wedding planning.
- Collaborate with couples to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day.
- Lead wedding site visits, rehearsals, details meeting, and intro chats
- Be the main point of contact for clients, team members and vendors ; Coordinate timing, location and itinerary with vendors such as florists, photographers, catering, venues, djs, musician, etc.
- Be on site on the day of the wedding and coordinate from start to the end of the event ; proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in wedding planning preferred
- Scholastic background in event management preferred
- This role is freelance/ for independent contractors; and consists of mostly weekends, some weekdays, and 12 hour shift on wedding days
- With the exception of wedding days, site visit and rehearsals that are face to face, the role is remote and requires access to computer, scheduling software, and phone
- Strong organization skills, communication abilities and time management capabilities
- Will require driver's license and access to a vehicle (non negotiable) as travel is required in Toronto, GTA, Hamilton and Niagara area.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

- Weekends only
