The Lead Generation Specialist role is an exceptional opportunity for an enterprising, self-directed professional who brings demonstrated experience in marketing, lead generation and a drive for results, and who genuinely enjoys interacting with seniors.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Create, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic networking partnerships with the local healthcare community and within the community at large:
- Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established targets in a team effort with the sales department:
- Conduct personal visits, generate leads;
- Identify marketing trends specific to the community and residence;
- Build a qualified lead database;
- Proven experience in a lead generating role;
- The ability to successfully follow an established process, including prospecting;
- Empathetic and caring interpersonal customer service skills;
- Ability to network, multi-task and promote services;
- Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver’s license and access to a vehicle;
- Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.

- 8 hour shift
