This is a full-time on-Site position at our 225 Yorkland Boulevard Toronto Office, Monday to Friday.

**As an HR Generalist, you will**:
Perform a variety of HR tasks including but not limited to:

- Support full cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried personnel
- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding process
- Administration of HRIMS
- Manage health benefits program
- Respond to inquiries from management and employees on HR matters
- Assist in monitoring and tracking compliance-related requirements, including work permits, legislative updates, and company policies, to ensure regulatory adherence
- Assist with Health & Safety Program
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events
- Oversee employee rewards and recognition program
- Serve on various company committees
- Prepare various weekly and monthly HR related reports
- Assist with internal and external audits, as required
- Complete ad hoc HR tasks and other duties as needed

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Experienced with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and Labour legislation (required)
- Post-secondary degree/education in Human Resources (required)
- CHRP or working towards CHRP designation (an asset)
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgment and reliable with time sensitive tasks
- Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, resourceful and can work under pressure
- Eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Minimum of 3 years relevant HR work experience

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
