Our busy corporate office located in the east end of Ottawa is looking for an in-office, Accounting Clerk. This position is part of a team and is responsible for Accounts Receivable and Invoicing as well as performing administrative duties as required to support the organization.

Specifically, activities will include:

- Invoicing function using Sage 300 software and accounts receivable.
- Preparing schedules and supporting documents in support of major supplier payments.
- Maintaining accounting data base and client portals through ongoing data entry.
- Other finance and accounting duties related to special projects as needed.

Sage 300 accounting software experience would be considered a definite asset.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
