North America Bilingual Content Marketing Intern

Crimson Education was founded in 2013 with the idea that through personalized education and technology, we can transform students into the world leaders of tomorrow. We’re now in 28 markets and have an ambitious team of 700 that’s rapidly expanding across the globe. Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.
- This is a part-time, remote working position, with flexible hours._**_ Must have high-level Chinese & English reading and writing proficiency._**
**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
This role will be focused on developing and furthering Crimson's market presence in the North American landscape within new and existing areas.
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats to continuously innovate and enhance our content marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development of content calendars, editorial plans, and content production schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of local markers and advertising campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of offline and online marketing content to increase brand awareness, create a positive customer experience, and increase conversions.
- Offline events and webinars coordinating and logistics.
**What skills and experience are required?**
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin reading, writing, and editing skills are essential.
- Senior undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate with a degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability for 2-4 hours of work per day.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
- Experience in the Education industry is a plus.
