Key Responsibilities

1️ Campus Daily Support
- Handle forms, reports, registrations, and notices
- Coordinate schedules, teachers, and teaching materials

2️ Supplies & Administration
- Manage textbooks, cultural props, and office supplies
- Assist with event setup, inventory checks, and purchasing follow-up

3️ Brand Promotion Support
- Capture photos and short videos of campus events
- Collect highlights and relay materials to the media team

4️ Ad-hoc & On-site Coordination
- Support on-site problem solving and communication
- Assist the Principal or Operations Director with special projects

We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proficient with basic office tasks
- Comfortable multitasking and working as part of a team
- Friendly, steady personality and enjoys working with children
- Bonus: Valid driver’s license and flexible availability

Working Hours

Weekday evenings & weekends (extra support during special events/holidays)

Compensation

Hourly wage + performance bonus (to be discussed)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.78-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON M1W 3S2
