**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand
- Train and develop new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee work hours
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Proficient in math for cash handling, inventory management, and sales analysis
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations
- Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide feedback
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Experience in training and development of employees
- Bilingual language skills (preferred but not required)
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara On The Lake, ON L0S 1J0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
