- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help management make informed purchasing decisions for store layout.
- Process transactions and manage money accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Manage a team of 8 staff and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while training staff and managing staff scheduling.
**Experience**
- At least 1 year of cannabis or other management experience preferred.
- Skills in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math are essential for daily transactions.
- Greenline POS experience is preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
