**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Receiving all warehouse packages and submitting invoices in a timely manner
- Notifying site supervisors of any shipments and coordinating delivery to sites as needed
- Driving and delivering materials, tools, etc to and from sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse at all times
- Accurately track inventory and oversee annual inventory counts
- Maintain stock in vehicles, assist with fleet management including transporting vehicles between locations and to/from maintenance appointments
- Complete inspections of equipment, tools, and warehouse as needed
- Arrange maintenance on company tools
- Maintaining strict adherence to relevant industry and Mazzei Electric safety standards
- Additional duties as required.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND TRAINING**:

- Minimum of 2 years previous Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving experience required
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract required
- Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and use ladders
- Experience operating a forklift and zoom boom an asset
- Forklift and zoom boom certifications an asset
- Understanding of electrical materials an asset
- Experience using an ERP or equivalent software required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Strong communication and time management skills

- Warehousing: 2 years (preferred)
