**Key Responsibilities**:
**Practice and Training Management**:

- Plan and structure practice sessions tailored to the developmental needs and skill levels of each age group.
- Facilitate individual skill development through progressive drills and exercises, ensuring players grasp fundamental techniques.
- Integrate team concepts and strategies during practices, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and game scenarios.
- Implement innovative and age-appropriate training methods to enhance player skills and team performance.
- Prepare detailed practice plans focusing on skill progression, game readiness, and physical conditioning.
- Evaluate practice effectiveness using player feedback, performance metrics, and video analysis to refine coaching strategies.

**Game Management**:

- Make informed decisions during games, adjusting tactics, rotations, and strategies based on opponent analysis and team dynamics.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to optimize player performance and adapt to in-game situations.
- Utilize video analysis and statistical data to evaluate team performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Foster a competitive and disciplined team environment by enforcing game strategies and maintaining player focus and intensity.
- Collaborate with assistant coaches to strategize game plans, including tailored offensive and defensive schemes.
- Manage game-day logistics and player rotations efficiently to maximize playing time and team cohesion.

**Player Development**:

- Conduct regular player assessments to track skill development, strengths, and areas needing improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to players on technical skills, decision-making, and overall performance.
- Develop personalized player development plans aligned with individual goals and team objectives.
- Mentor players on and off the court, emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal accountability.
- Support players in transitioning to higher competition levels.
- Monitor player progress and adjust development plans as needed to nurture talent and maximize potential.

**Communication and Leadership**:

- Maintain open and transparent communication with players, parents, and coaching staff regarding team expectations, schedules, and updates.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to 3D Basketball’s values.
- Address team conflicts promptly and constructively, fostering a positive and respectful team culture.
- Inspire and motivate players to strive for excellence, promoting a growth mindset and resilience.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive team environment where every player feels valued and empowered.
- Represent 3D Basketball in community engagements, media appearances, and public events to promote the program's mission and achievements.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Assist in team management administrative tasks, including player registration, scheduling practices, and coordinating game logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of player attendance, performance metrics (during individual training sessions, team practices and games), and team statistics for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of team equipment, uniforms, and facilities to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with coaching staff and administrators to develop and implement program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding team activities, schedules, and organizational updates to ensure transparency and engagement.
- Uphold compliance with league/tournament regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Manage budget planning and expenditure, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and optimizing resource allocation for program needs.
- Plan and coordinate special events, tournaments, camps, and workshops to enhance participant engagement and community involvement.
- Coordinate fundraising initiatives and community engagement activities to support team activities and enhance community relations.
- Work with the social media department to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase program visibility, attract participants, and secure sponsorships.
