**Job Title: Organizational Change Management Program With Pharma Experience** **Location : Toronto, Canada** **Duration: Long Term Contract / Full Time** **You have the following qualifications/skills**: - **Master's degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology or related field highly preferred or Bachelors with appropriate project experience.**: - **High interest in informatics technologies applied to business.**: - **At least 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management program design and implementation, leveraging change management principles, methodologies, and tools.**: - Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. - Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks. - Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives. - Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor and ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with mínimal supervision. - Challenges the organization to be curious, questions the status quo & embraces new ways of working, demonstrating "can-do" attitude. - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure (being comfortable with being uncomfortable). - Excellent active listening skills. - Coaching skills. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English, other language is a plus). - **Must have experience in Pharma Industry.** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract Contract length: 36 months Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Business development: 1 year (preferred)
