VFX Coordinator

Ghost VFX

**Responsibilities**:

- Works directly with the VFX Supervision team in a support role, coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Track and maintain VFX workflow for revisions, omits, and short-length changes and notify the pertaining team members as needed.
- Follow up with artists daily to ensure task deliveries remain on schedule, communicate any scheduling changes to appropriate artists, supervisors, and production team.
- Attend VFX meetings, provide consultation/feedback, and update documents accordingly.
- Collaborates with VFX Supervisors and artists in order to troubleshoot any complications that may arise.
- Prepare all necessary reference materials for on-set guidance.
- Provides administrative support to the VFX team.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role; preferably within the VFX or post-production industry
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong understanding of VFX technologies

**Education**:

- High School education or equivalent required.
- BA/BS in applicable field preferred.
