**ABOUT THE JOB**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
- Review, manage and respond to leads within allocated timeframes
- Meet or exceed sales targets, KPI’s and goals
- Provide weekly reports to management on sales activities, progress, upcoming churn, and key stats / KPI's
- Lead efforts for churn recovery and past student re-enrollments
- Assist the Studio Manager and General Manager with a wide variety of tasks and other duties as required
- Attend events and represent School of Rock Vancouver with a primary focus on lead generation
- Schedule and lead tours of prospective students
- Adhere to the School of Rock Code of Conduct, employee manuals, safety policies, and other policies and procedures
- Assist with welcoming and checking-in students and guests as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Studio Manager, or Music Director
- This is a new position - duties and responsibilities may shift over time

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in sales is required
- Experience with CRM, lead management, or related software is an asset
- Computer and tech savvy with the ability to learn software quickly
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- A welcoming, friendly and outgoing demeanour is essential
- Excellent team player who loves to collaborate with others
- An interest in music and the arts is a plus
- Experience working with youth is a plus
- A clean criminal record background check is required and is a condition of employment
- This position is entirely in-person at our Vancouver location. No remote work is available.

**HOW TO APPLY**

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
