Mirrors & custom glass projects

We’re looking for a **Glass Project Advisor (GPA)** - a client-facing glass expert who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish. If you're passionate about glass design, solutions-based sales, and project coordination, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping our reputation and growth.

**This position will support our expanding Ontario market, centrally operating out of our Kitchener office.**
**All sales consultations are conducted remotely via phone and Google Meet to ensure professional service across all regions.**

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member**

Minimum **5 years’ experience** in the glass trade (storefronts, showers, and custom glass installations)
Proficient with **CRL Glass Shower Online Designer** and interpreting architectural drawings
Experience using **glass dispatching & quoting software** (or quick to learn)
Able to **gather site measurements** from field installers and translate them into custom designs
Strong ability to **consult, design, present, estimate, and sell** complete glass solutions
Professional and confident in **remote communication** via phone and Google Meet
Highly organized with the ability to **quote, close, and coordinate jobs** from sale to install
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to manage quotes and projects
Reliable and punctual - you show up, follow through, and take ownership
Embodies the mindset of an Ideal Team Player - **humble, hungry, and people smart** (Patrick Lencioni)
