**Production Manager**
Northeast Nutrition Inc. requires a highly motivated, career minded, and results orientated individual to fill the key role of **Production Manager** based out of Truro, Nova Scotia.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position provides coaching, guidance and leadership/direction to the Production Supervisors and operational/production staff.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership and direction to the production team with the production supervisors.
- Ensure quality guidelines and practices, HACCP guidelines and key records are maintained.
- Support inventory control.
- Oversee production scheduling.
- Manage and support plant project initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and promotion of health & safety policies and guidelines; and
- Manage employee relationships.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines, practices and procedures are followed.
