Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Specialist. As a Client Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Duties**:

- Assist clients with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry of client information
- Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns or requests
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends in order to effectively assist clients
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
