**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Resident Assistant**, you will:
? Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility support, and emotional well-being.
? Help develop and update resident service plans to ensure personalized care.
? Observe and report resident health concerns and changes.
? Support meal services by engaging with residents, delivering trays, serving meals, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.
? Participate in resident activities, both in the community and at outside events.
? Perform housekeeping duties such as light cleaning and laundry services.
? Maintain clear and professional documentation for resident care.

**What We’re Looking For**:
?? **Strong communication skills** in English (verbal and written).
?? **Current CPR and First Aid Certification** (or willingness to obtain).
?? **Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certification** (or equivalent).
?? **Safe Food Handling Certification** (or willingness to obtain).
?? A **caring, patient, and team-oriented** attitude.
?? Ability to meet **state/provincial health and safety requirements**.
