La Foret is looking for baristas to join our team

**Title: Barista**

Work Location: 6848 Jubilee Avenue, Burnaby

Wage: $17.85/hour (dependent upon experience)

Hours of Work: 10-25 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Part-Time

Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation

Positions Available: 2

**Job Duties**:

- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Taking customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
- Operating POS and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the coffee industry is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and using a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Flexible to work on evening, weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
