Responsible for maintaining all operations and creating positive guest experiences, this person embodies our company's core values and has a passion for leading and developing the team.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Support Tap & Barrel’s Core Values
- Oversee and monitor daily restaurant operations, providing assistance when necessary
- Coordinate with management team on production planning and forecasting
- Oversee tracking and recording labour, sales, inventory etc.
- Oversee and improve guest service (greeting, educating, processing transactions)
- Develop business strategies to attract more guests & optimize profitability
- Assist in planning, organizing, marketing, and executing events and parties
- Supervise & manage 100+ FOH staff
- Initiate and assist with staff meetings and training as necessary
- Educate guests and staff on beer styles, beer history, and beer flavours
- Educate guests and staff on wine styles, wine history, and wine flavours
- Deal with all issues that may arise from staff and/or guests
- With our company expansion plans there is vast growth and development.

A minimum 1 year of management experience in restaurants and hospitality is a requirement. We are looking for an experienced individual with a goal to grow in leadership within our company.
