Assistant Store Manager

**Company Introduction**
- Assist store manager in managing day to day operation of the restaurant with active presence on the floor leading the team to deliver a consistent level of high quality service
- Establish FOH staff work schedules to improve operation efficiency and control labor cost
- Responsible for the training, supervising, and termination of all front of the house personnel in conjunction with the Store Manager
- Responsible for completing Performance Reviews and making recommendations for the promotion, hiring, and advancement of the front of the house personnel
- Tips management and allocation
- Effectively recruit and onboard new staff
- Coordinate new employees’ proper onboarding (HR/Payroll Info, SIR and Server POS codes)
- Responsible for ensuring that proper food handling procedures and presentations are being met by the staff
- Handle customer complaints
- Execute the general responsibilities necessary to minimize operating cost
- Responsible for estimating food and beverage cost and requisition supplies
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling
- Manage all equipment maintenance, emergency protocol (evacuation plan, water/gas shut off)
- Inventory control and order (uniforms, cookers, plateware/kitchenware and EOM Counts Report) and manage vendor contact list
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Completion of post-secondary education or above
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge about the food and beverage/hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time-management and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership skills
- English fluency required, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
