About the Opportunity **Qualifications**: Duties & Responsibilities Responsibility Percent of Time Key point of contact: 35 - acting as the first point of contact for students and faculty ensuring that classes and campus activities are set up for success - acting as a liaison and providing hospitality to incoming visitors which could include students and staff from other locations, business partners, and prospective students - ensuring that campus amenities are fully supported and available to the community Campus operations and event support: 30 - troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with classroom technology; - assisting with room setup, breakdown, and reconfiguration; - assisting with student orientations and campus events; - ensuring facility related issues are reported and followed up on in a timely fashion Completing administrative duties: 35 - including but not limited to assisting faculty and student services staff with printing handouts and organizing promotional materials; - maintaining the campus areas in a clean and stocked manner; - administration support to regulatory submission and review processes; - administrative support relevant to campus operations, safety protocols, and University policies and procedures; - special projects as assigned Our campus hours are currently 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and these positions may alternate between evening shifts and day shifts to ensure campus coverage and to support events.
