**Administrator, Leasing** to join our team in Montreal.

**What will you do?**:

- Support the day-to-day administration of the Leasing team, including assisting with the completion of files, drafting correspondence and reviewing documents prior to their execution to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with lease review due diligence and track all leasing activity.
- Conduct and coordinate both in-person and Matterport virtual tours of vacant and occupied spaces.
- Organize, plan and coordinate leasing events, launches, presentations and roadshows.
- Respond to requests from internal departments for leasing data as required.
- Collaborate with Leasing team to establish new systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide administrative support for property marketing material.
- Develop strong relations with tenants and all other real estate professionals.
- Act as first approval and point of contact for all Leasing-related invoices.
- Assist with general office administration duties.

- An undergraduate degree and a passion for Real Estate and community building.
- Proficient in administrative duties such as scanning, filing and drafting correspondence.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- A natural relationship-builder who prioritizes teamwork and collaboration.
- An ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite, an asset).
