**The Role.**

The primary role of a Project Manager is to oversee several projects simultaneously in the range of $100K to $1.5M.

Working directly with a portfolio of clients, to ensure client satisfaction and job profitability while meeting project schedules

Work and communicate with architects, engineers, consultants, and construction team. Manage onsite staff. Build and maintain relationships with sub trades and vendors.

Monitor all project activity to ensure building and safety codes and regulations are being followed.

Prepare RFI, RFC, CO to owner and sub trades, and progress Invoices.

Work closely with site supervisors and the project team to manage the overall execution of each project

**The Essential Requirement.**

5 years’ relevant work experience (ex: previous experience in Construction Coordinator or Project Manager role)

Aspire to an experience which offers daily opportunities to learn and grow.

Energetic, results-driven, and autonomous

Hold a valid driver’s license in any one of Canada’s provinces or territories

Possess the legal right to work in Canada.

Fluent in English

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
