At Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd., we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional fire protection solutions to our clients. As a **Contract Scheduling Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our contract scheduling processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with field technicians, clients, and internal teams to schedule inspections, maintenance and emergency response services.
- Maintain an organized scheduling system, utilizing software tools to track appointments, prioritize tasks, and minimize scheduling conflicts.
- Develop and maintain preset calendars for various projects or services.
- Set up contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments, provide service details and address any scheduling adjustments or concerns.
- Monitor and update service calendars to reflect real-time changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between clients and field personnel, resolving scheduling issues, and optimizing service delivery efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in scheduling coordination, administrative support or a similar role.
- Previous experience in the Fire Protection industry considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, technicians, external and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in maintaining schedules and records.
- Problem-solving abilities to address unexpected changes or challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
