This position involves assembling components in motor homes on the production line, ensuring safety for themselves and co-workers. They must meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and work collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities include following supervisor’s instructions, inspecting work for quality, making repairs, and adhering to company policies. Regular hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Work hours may increase or decrease, from time to time, in accordance with the Collective Agreement or as agreed between the parties in writing.

**Responsibilities**
- Cutting, assembling, and preparing motorhome components for installation
- Operate handheld power tools in a safe and effective manner.
- Ensure production, quality and safety goals are met or exceeded.
- Inspect and repair work to ensure high quality and safety standards are met.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work area.
- Report production tasks and material shortages to Supervisor.
- Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goals.
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Secondary School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, fraction
- Experienced working within a manufacturing setting using power & hand tools is ideal.
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Detail oriented, quick learner, dedicated, and punctual.
