Boscus manages **large volumes of truckloads in Canada and the United States**, and is currently looking to fill a **Dispatcher position** to complement its team.

**Your challenges**:

- Dispatch orders to carriers;
- Negotiate transportation prices on certain destinations;
- Follow up on orders and deliveries in a tight way;
- Ensuring that delivery deadlines are met and that destinations are accurate;
- Respond to urgent requests and find solutions quickly;
- Develop trusting relationships with carriers;
- Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, administration)

**Your profile**:

- Excellent communicator, both in French and English
- Customer service oriented
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently
- Minimum 2 years experience in **ground transportation dispatch**:

- Training in transportation logistics or equivalent additional experience
- Computer literate (Windows environment)

**Vos défis**:

- Répartir les commandes auprès des transporteurs ;
- Négocier des prix de transport sur certaines destinations ;
- Suivre de façon serrée, les commandes et les livraisons ;
- Assurer le respect des délais de livraison et l’exactitude des destinations;
- Répondre aux demandes urgentes et trouver rapidement des solutions ;
- Développer des relations de confiance avec les transporteurs ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements (ventes, logistique, administration).

**Votre profil**:

- Excellent(e) communicateur(trice), tant en français qu’en anglais
- Aptitude marquée pour le service à la clientèle
- Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Facilité à gérer les priorités de façon autonome
- Minimum deux ans d'expérience en **répartition de transport par camions**:

- Formation en logistique de transport ou expérience supplémentaire équivalente
- Aisance avec l’informatique (environnement Windows)
