**Inspired**produces innovative, fresh and healthy, ready-to-eat items for Canadian retail and Foodservice companies. Our state-of-the-art processing facility, use of premium ingredients, and chef inspired recipes has elevated fresh-cut to the next level. We are a dynamic & forward thinking company looking to expand our current product offering. We will continue to create new Inspired items for the Canadian market.

**Focus**

The Shipper/Receiver’s primary focus is to prepare and process customer orders, receive items into the warehouse and report on inventory within the facility. The position is also responsible to participate in Inventory Management functions, ensuring inventory accuracy and monitoring inventory levels within the warehouse.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Daily inventory counts
- Navigate within in-house software program for day to day functions
- Assists with picking orders and configuring pallets for outgoing shipments
- Helps with unloading and loading incoming and outgoing trucks
- Receive any inbound trucks and put away products (cardboard, etc.)
- Check status of outgoing trucks
- Complete necessary documentation
- Pre-operation and maintenance for forklifts,
- Meeting with sales
- Garbage/cardboard disposal
- General housekeeping tasks
- Other tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year shipping & receiving experience is required
- Previous forklift experience is required
- Experience with daily Dynamics 365 functions would be an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Hours may be irregular and in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
- Work outside ordinary office hours (including weekends and holidays) may be required.

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 25kg
- Frequent standing/Waking
